We currently deliver to areas within the Lagos Island axis, including Lekki Phase 1 & 2, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Marina, Chevron, VGC, Ikota, and Eleganza.

It takes 30 minutes for orders within a 3km radius of our fulfillment center.

What happens if the dispatcher cannot reach me during delivery?

If our dispatcher arrives at your delivery location and cannot reach you:

  • They will attempt to call you three times over a 10-minute period
  • If unsuccessful, they will wait at the delivery location for an additional 5 minutes
  • If still unable to reach you, the dispatcher will initiate our return process
  • You will receive an SMS notification about the failed delivery attempt
  • The order will be marked as "Delivery Failed - Customer Unavailable"
  • Our customer service team will contact you to arrange a redelivery with an additional delivery fee

Please note that as food items are already prepared and cannot be resold, we do not provide refunds for orders where delivery fails due to customer unavailability. To avoid such situations, please ensure:

  • Your phone is switched on and accessible
  • You've provided accurate contact details
